Bay Community Health has offered affordable premium health care services to our community of southern Anne Arundel and it’s neighboring counties for over 40 years. As a community health center, we provide a number of services including internal and family medicine, behavioral health, insurance eligibility and enrollment services, and care management services in a patient-centered environment. We host free programs for the community including our diabetic prevention program, smoking cessation, and more. We are a non-profit organization and the only federally qualified health center in southern Anne Arundel County.  We take great pride in providing high-quality and affordable services to our community.
